The second expression in the Small Batch Distillery Edition series has been expertly crafted by filtering hand selected 16 year old rum reserves through coconut shell charcoal to develop notes of chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar and toasted coconut.
Aroma: A rich, treacle like aroma surrounded by fragrances of creme caramel and dried coconut.
Palate: A full bodied, complex old aged rum with rich chocolate, tropical fruit, brown sugar notes that then transcend into a long and incredibly smooth finish coupled with hints of toasted coconut and vanilla bean.
Serve Suggestion: Perfect for enjoying neat, on the rocks, mixed with pineapple juice or used in a Pina Colada.
