TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Intense dried fruit aromas of raisins, dried figs and prunes dominate with a lightly brûléed caramel and sherry.

Palate: Incredibly supple and complex with flavours of bread and butter pudding, Muscat and sweet, caramelised pastry with drying oak and leather undertones.

Finish: Smooth and delicately buttery with lingering dried fruit of sherry and port.

Serve Suggestion: Serve neat, poured over a large ice cube or in an Old Fashioned cocktail.
