Then on to fermentation where you'll get a sneak-peak into one of our fermentation tanks, before learning all about our double distillation process. Finally head on to our grand Barrel House where you’ll learn about how we age and mature our rum for a minimum of two years before our liquid makes it’s way into a bottle.

Once you’ve experienced the sights and smells of our distillery, you’ll return to our Bundaberg Rum Tasting Bar, where you can sample any of the top shelf rums from our range. Cheers to that!

THE BUNDABERG RUM MUSEUM EXPERIENCE

Please note, we are not taking bookings for the Museum Experience at this time, however all Distillery Experience & Blend Your Own Rum Experience tickets include entry in to our Museum.

Under the careful eye of Distillers, Blenders and Bondsman, millions of litres of rum is aged to perfection. This liquid gold matures quietly in red brick buildings known as "Bondstores".

One of these Bondstores has been retired and transformed into our immersive Distillery Museum Experience. Here you'll be greeted by a forest of 75,000 litre vats, that have been emptied allowing for you to walk through and explore the rich history of Bundaberg Rum.

Get to know our history in as little or as much detail as you like in this self-paced, self guided museum tour.

  • Explore in your own time – no time limit for you to enjoy this space (we estimate approximately 1 hour for this experience) Adults will receive two tastings from our top shelf range of Bundaberg Rums at the conclusion of the tour
  • Wheelchair and pram friendly
  • Open for visitors:
    • 9.30am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday
    • 9.30am - 2.30pm Weekends and Public Holidays.
    • Closed Good Friday, ANZAC Day and Christmas Day.
