- 45ml Bundaberg Black 12 Year Old Rum
- Chocolate Bitters
- Ice
- Ginger Ale
- Mint Sprigs and Lime Slices

- Step 1 - Take a highball glass.
- Step 2 - Add 3 dashes of chocolate bitters.
- Step 3 - Followed by cubed ice .
- Step 4 - Build over 45ml of Bundaberg Black 12 Year Old Rum (makes approximately 1.2 standard drinks).
- Step 5 - Top with ginger ale and stir .
- Step 6 - Garnish with a lime slice and mint spring.
- Step 7 - For the perfect complement, pair it with some jerk chicken.
