Bundaberg Extra Smooth Rum                                       ½ Cup

Lime Juice                                                                         2 tbsp

Lime Zest                                                                          1 tbsp

Ginger, freshly minced                                                   2 tbsp

Dark Brown Sugar                                                           1 tbsp


Step 1 In a small saucepan, combine butter and Bundaberg Extra Smooth Rum over a high heat.

Step 2 Add lime juice, lime zest, ginger and brown sugar.

Step 3 Stir until combined.

Step 4 Serve while hot.
