A long, full flavoured dark and stormy cocktail, pairing the rich spices of Bundaberg Small Batch Spiced Rum with sweet and spicy ginger beer and a tart burst of fresh lime.
Ingredients
- 45ml x Bundaberg Small Batch Spiced Rum
- 15ml x Fresh Lime Juice
- 100ml x Ginger Beer
Method
Pour the Bundaberg Small Batch Spiced Rum and lime juice into a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice, then top with ginger beer.
Glass: Highball Glass
Garnish: 2 wedges of lime
