  • 60ml Bundaberg Rum UP
  • 250g Arrowroot Biscuits
  • 90ml Sugar Syrup
  • 395g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder


  • Crush Arrowroot Biscuits in a blender
  • Add sweetened condensed milk
  • Pour in desiccated coconut
  • Strain cocoa powder into bowl
  • Measure and pour Bundaberg Rum Original UP
  • Mix well
  • Roll mixture into balls and cover in coconut
  • Refrigerate and allow to harden.
