  1. Add 8 tablespoons of mayonnaise to bowl
  2. Pour in 20mL Bundaberg Rum Original UP
  3. Add zest of 2 limes
  4. Add juice of 1 lime
  5. Mix together
  6. Spread generously on crown and base of buns as you build your burger
