BUNDABERG RUM BALLS


An Aussie twist on a classic treat. Perfect for Christmas (but we reckon they'll be just as good this weekend).

Bundaberg Rum Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 60mL Bundaberg Rum Original UP
  • 250g Arrowroot biscuits
  • 395g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Additional coconut to decorate

Method

  1. Crush 250 grams of Arrowroot biscuits in a blender and transfer to bowl
  2. Add 395 grams of sweetened condensed milk
  3. Pour in 1 cup of desiccated coconut
  4. Strain in ¼ cup of cocoa powder 
  5. Measure and pour 60ml Bundaberg Rum Original UP
  6. Mix well until all ingredients are combined
  7. Roll mixture into balls and cover in additional coconut
  8. Refrigerate and allow to harden
