BUNDABERG RUM BALLS RECIPE
An Aussie twist on a classic treat. Perfect for Christmas (but we reckon they'll be just as good this weekend).

INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Bundaberg Rum Original UP
- 250g arrowroot biscuits
- 395g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cocoa powder
METHOD
- Crush 250 grams of Arrowroot Biscuits in a blender
- Add 395 grams of sweetened condensed milk
- Pour in 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- Strain ¼ cup of cocoa powder into bowl
- Measure and pour 60ml Bundaberg Rum Original UP
- Mix well
- Roll mixture into balls and cover in coconut
- Refrigerate and allow to harden
